	We would like to try again to persuade you to listen to us.
Since we communicated last, we talked to two large companies.
Unfortunately, both of them have been in the digital watch business,
and they both told us the same.  They said,
"It's a fine product, but if we start on it, Texas Instruments will
take it away from us, because their manufacturing costs are lower
in large volume."

	To put the matter concisely, we would like to have one more
try at dealing with you before trying Japanese companies.

	To this end, we are changing our proposal for initiating
discussion along the lines of the enclosed letter agreement.
Except for the attack of TIphobia, this approach proved satisfactory
to us and to the companies with whom we have talked so far.
